deducted Rs 99 without any notice

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Bangalore&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Tata docomo</p>Tata docomo deducted Rs 99 from my main balance without any notice. they activated some service of their own and deducted my balance.
please do justice for me.
