Myself Srinivas from Corporate Cars. I’ve an agreement with Just Dial for car rental services and it has been signed for an year starting from Sept 2011 to Sept 2012. I’ve paid an amount of Rs.5733.00 in advance and Rs.1925.00 on monthly EMI’s for 9 months. After completing the 9 months , Just Dial has withdrawn an amount of Rs.1960.00 through ECS from my account without informing to me and when i enquire the same with them , their answer is.., they’ve forgot to stop the ECS and took the amount and they said they can’t refund the same.Could somebody help me how can i go further to get justice…
