I got a message “Caller tune Rs.10 per month & song change only Rs.7 valid for 30days. Dial 123999 to activate” from Vodafone on 28/11/2012 at 09.27am in my mobile time. After that i called to above number and listen songs but i am not satisfied so i disconnected the call. But they are (Vodafone) activated Vodafone caller tune to my mobile. after that i call to customer care they told “your caller tune service will be disconnected and amount will be credited to your account after 4hours. Caller tune was disconnected but, till now amount is not credited to my account. Just i try to speak customer care but my call was not connected. Please salve my problem as early as possible..
