deducted 47 rupees from my phone account on date 11/07/2012

Sir I am Pankaj Kumar Varshney. I am Using Aircel sim in my mobile phone . phone number is 09808770653.Sir Without inform me he has been deducted 47 rupees from my phone account on date 11/07/2012.I have talk with customer care on same day and he was promised me your amount will be refund within 48 hours.But no amount will be refund till 16/07/2012.I am daily touch with customer care.He says only one word wait for today night(from last three days). So please resolve my problem.My complain number of Aircel is 1-8876972316
