Deduct 40 Rs for 1 Second Calling Charge

Name of company/service: Vodaphone India

I m Freelancer Software Developer in Ahmedabad , I have Tried to Call my Client on 7th Aug 2012 in U.K Unfortunatly my Call was not connected to my client and Vodahpone has been deduct 40 Rs Charges , I have Proof of Call Details They Have Just Cut off 40 Rs for only One Seconds.

U.K ISD Rate for Mobile is Near About 10 Rs

U.K ISD Rate For Landline Near About 7 Rs.

Vodaphone C.C Care Representative Only Told me That ” I M SORRY FOR THIS MISTACK ” But They Are Not Refund me my Money .So Please Kindly Solve It.
