Dear sir/madam
My name is sanjay kumar patel and my mobile number are 9451431910,9451868685 &9454977181. I never activated any extra service from my account, but my balancers rupees of 5 or 20 or 2 loosing my main balance regularly (till now). I do not get message for any serice activation or neither activated. It was happened my all three numbers. Regarding this I spoke to BSNL customer care officers, and I made it a complaines(my complain Number are K04UE304302,K11OE305537,K14UE304530,304536,305546,304554,K24UE308863). The BSNL officers told will refund a money and also they agreed for wronge detection of my money. But till now I am not received my money. Continuous of these problem I mentally distrubed and my total work get spoiled. So I need recovery and conclusion of my problems. Heartfully and good mentally I am telling, call to BSNL owner to court to solve my problems. Jai hind
