I had visited the Vodafone store at 11A Sarat Bose Road on 15.06.2012 at around 5.00 p.m. since I was having connection problem. Met Mr. Krishendu, customer care officer, who on viewing my account mentioned that the account has become DORMANT due to sparing use of the mobile phone and I need to immediately transfer my account to a post paid connection or else the account will be dead. I could not decide and informed Mr. Krishendu that I would come back after I decide on the same. He warned me that the connection would go dead if immediate decision is not taken.
Thereafter I went to my nearest shop where the shopkeeper immediately recharged my no. and my connection was ok.
It was surprising that genuine vodafone store could mislead and deceive customers for their own benefit. Such support persons should be booked. Kindly help in this matter. Thank you, Jayshree Shah, 9331034419; Email:[email protected]
