Sir,
I have ordered a holiday package from bag it today through phone on 26th april. I had given my debit card no. and pin through phone. They had charged me thrice. They also promised me to give black berry phone and dell laptop for reference given by me. I have received the package and not the gift. As I aware of my foolishness I changed my pin on the same day. But on 5th may I was again charged thrice from my account without my knowledge.
