Debit to my account balance by not discontinuing services

Hi,

Despite my numerous requests over phone and mail as quoted in the service request, I had requested for freezing/ cancellation of my Connection 1005557978, it has not been adhered with.

I have now received a phone call stating that my account is being discontinued due to shortage of funds.
My account was having approximately Rs. 1700 in my Tata Sky account.

It should be refunded to my account at the earliest within 7 days from this mail. Else, I shall escalate the matter to Consumer Forum as well as on Social Websites.
This is the first and last reminder/ notice to Tata Sky.

I wonder that for earning what the cheap ways/ ethics your company is following. This is the height of hopeless services that Tata group is showing off.
