I am Pankaj Kumar Gupta S/O Shri Ashok Kumar Gupta, am a resident of village POST- Kartal, Distt.- Banda U.P., my brother Neelu Kumar Gupta has fix deposit of amount -1600/- Sixteen Thousand Rupees for which A/c No-24122500104 and Receipt No -241208302840 (Nirmaan Bond ) Sahara India Branch Panna MP and registered me as a nominee.
Unfortunately he got an electric shock and died on the spot on 5th of Jan. 2011 during work, we have not lodged an FIR but we informed to Police verbally as suggested by people present there at time of accident. I have contacted to Sahara India office Panna Branch M.P For the death claim. But they Said it well be provided to you after Maturity now Maturity has been received .
Death help clime settle pending so Hopefully you must understand my problem and looking for your help in getting claimed amount. Kindly also let me know if anything is required from my side. Kindly provide the same.
