Sir,
I have Placed an order for Videocon Mobile through dealsandyou.com on 02.02.2012 and I have made Payment of
Rs.2,999/- by my Debit Card. They have failed to deliver the product with in the said time. Inspite of various remainders they just gives more and more apologies and promises to deliver the product. But I received one mail dt.22.03.2012 from them mentioning that my payment was made from suspicious mode and they diverted me to receive the money from my Card Issuing Banker. They are saying this after 48 days from the date of my placing order. It is clearly known that they are good looking cheating company. Thereafter I have contacted the Bank and they replied that my payment was correctly received by dealsandyou.com. After that one mail received from dealsandyou that they wanted my ID Proof and bank statement, I have also done the same but till date no further action was taken by that company. Kindly help me in ths regard for get my money back. ALSO PLEASE TAKE STEPS FOR BAN THIS WEBSITE AND SAVE INNOCENT PEOPLE IN INDIA LIKE ME.
Because already there are many such complaints aganist this website in Consumer Forum
