Dealer not fulfilling his One year service warranty

Hi,

I have purchased SAMSUNG 32″ 32F5500 LED TV with one year Dealers warranty through Ebay with GRDSTORE on 27-Mar-2014 and its Paisa Pay Id is 36021647926. Since from May 17, 2014 Automatic restarting problem were started in TV. To know the issue I have called to samsung service centre and spoke with engineer. He said it might be due to motherboard issue.

I have observed for 2 days and reported to seller on May 19, 2014. Seller replied back to my mail and told me to send TV to Delhi. As per his instructions I have sent TV to delhi and TV reached to the dealer On june 2, 2014 as per Fedex Tracking No: 805661362720. After sending TV to Grdstore making my life miserable and saying TV is working fine and they need time to observe. I have given enough time to observe and doing continuous followup. On june 13, 2014 dealer mailed me that we are arranging for motherboard replacement. On june 14, 2014 dealer called me and saying TV is perfect no motherboard replacement required. I asked them if TV is perfect send back to me and give assurance that if the same issue repeats I will give to the HYderabad samsung service center and expenses need to be borne by them. They are not confident on TV performance and even they are not giving assurance too. I fedup with the dealer acts and mailed strongly to the dealer that I will approach ebay and share my bad experience and also approach consumer forum. Even I have called to dealer(Maninder Singh) on May 16, 2014. He his saying that his observation might take 50 days also till that time he his not going to send TV. Iam not understanding what kind of observations he his doing If I have given to samsung service centre. They would have been repaired and given with in 12 hours. I request Ebay to take appropriate action against the dealer. Regards, Sudheer
