Deactivation of services on a regular basis

Name of company/service: Idea Blackberry Services

I have been using Idea blackberry services from last 6 months but from 30 Jan this year my blackberry services have been deactivated 4 times without any reason.Services gets deactivated within 3 days after the renewal fees is deducted from the main balance and in between also.Then getting problem resolved takes about 4 to 5 days causing high disappointment.This time again my services have been deactivated second time in past 15 days.I dropped a mail on customer care desk on 27 of march, they requested for an alternative number and convenient time to call, that also I gave , but there is no response so far.Kindly suggest me the best possible way out.
