Name of company/service: TATADOCOMO
My Tataindicom (CDMA NO 9246630796) on portability i have changed to Tatadocomo(GSM NO 9246630796). In this regard, I have paid security deposit and given all the required documents of mine for billing address as a proof. On 13 of June,2012 i have received a message from Tatadocomo that “Sorry, we were unable to verify you at your billing address shared with us. Kindly visit the activation point to enjoy continued service”.
Hence, I have visited the activation point at Secunderabad on 13th itself after my office hours and informed my address etc and the costumer care at that point registered my problem and intimated to their activation team via tatadocomo portal email and informed me there will be no problem for me.
But, on 14th June, 2012 from morning I am unable to call any 1 and over recorded voice by company informing me that your outgoing calls have been temporally disconnected and same thing i have informed their costumer care and filled complaint (complaint No. 31329017) and old has early has possible they will resolve my problem. But after compilation of 48 hours my phone is not activated. Actually I have started my house construction on 14th June,2012 and proformed the boomi pujan. In this regard, I have to coordinate a lot of people for that function and from construction point of view (labors, contractor, supervisor and borewell) I required to call but I unable to do so.
This is also brought to your notice that i am working in Airports Authority of India as Senior Assistant (HR), PSU, and staying in company provided accommodation only . the same document i have submitted issued by our department along with latest electricity bill copy. But, as per they activation team unable to find out the address, the word itself I got surprised has I am staying in the heart of city (i.,e Airport quarters)
Hence, it is requested to solve my issue as early as possible
