I contacted to vodafone customer care to activete my ISD Services on my no. 9654343333 and they suggest to deposit 5000 Rs at their store I do the same on 26th May 12 and deposit 5000 Rs they activate on 27th but deactivate on the 28th. I told them but they said it is not deactivated again I told them to activate they said will activate in 2 hours but they did not do again I contacted they said wait for 24 hours but they did not do when again I contacted them they told send your ID through mail then we will activate because your verification come negative but again they did not activate and saying to visit vodafone store to submit documents again.
Sir, Postpaid connection given only all the verification done abd submitting all the documents. They have taken five thousand but not giving me services and due to that I suffering a lot. They harrassing me please take a approprite action against them.
