Data pack not activated even after 15 days

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Tata docomo

With ref to my Mobile no( 9036292657). I did an online recharge of 250Rs for Unlimited talktime and 3G offer on 8-Nov-2012. But till date the plan has not been activated , despite repeated complaints over mail and in person at the showroom. Tata docomo has completely failed to activate this plan.
When 3G is switched on my mobile, it shows a promot that there is no sufficient balance.

    We tried to call You on 9036292657 but the same was not reachable. Kindly be informed that the complaint bearing number PSMR12041778 is in process. The same will be resolved by 26-NOV-2012.
