Data Card Connection not closed even full payment is made

Name of company/service: Reliance communications

DEar Sir

I have takan data card form reliance communications in the month of april 2011 having Connection No.7428952181. in the month of Dec i made request at reliance Web world for closing of connection and paid Rs.1538 as full & final Settlement as advised by the web world executive CASE ID No. 170167907. After one month I received bill against the said connection then i have contacted to Customer care and after long discussion they assure me that my connection will be closed and nothing will be paid by me for this they have given complain No.175488598 (Mr. Deepak). Even after lodging the complain every month compnay generate the bill and sales executives are calling me for payment. in the may month i again cal to customer care and file the complain and they again assure me for closing of connection after one week they call me and confirm the closer of connection. Yesterday again i receievd the call form sales executives are calling me for payment and today i again call customer care then they said your connection is not closed and you have to visit webworld to settel your account. Every time when (more than 20 times) sales executives cal me i request to stop the connection. but now they started misbehaveing with and demend for bill payment and yesterday they totold me ” we will see you”.now they started to disgrace me.

I request you to file a case agaist the said company so that they stop my connection and sending the bill.
