Damge caused to Fridge by service center

Location/place: 11/114, Arjan Vihar, Delhi cantt, ND-10

Name of company/service: WHIRLPOOL

My fridge was taken by service center, M/s Magic Tech, Dwarka , Delhi under DL 0712019972 on 11 Jul and returned damaged with DENTS and Scratch marks on the door on 17 Jul12, that too after repeated reminders to send the fridge back post repairs. The service center claims to change a Module and the compressor of the fridge. we had shown the rep of the co Mr Avdesh that the fridge is without any damage prior to handing over. When i complained about the damage caused at the whirl pool toll free no they promised to keep my DL(job) open till issue is addressed. However I received an SMS that the job has been closed as the house Door was found locked. I called up the call center and explained that no one visited and it can be supported by CCTV footage plus records at the gate, also being a defense officer there is always some one in the house . Now a new complaint has been lodged under DL 0712023264. This type of service handling does not befit Whirlpool. Request whirlpool to take corrective action.
