I doubt if samsung can even touch LGs customer base…LG wins with service whereas samsnug is way to weak in that. I recently bought a semi automatic washing machine which was delivered to me on 27th of January 2010 and the very next day the dryer section collapsed, I raised a complaint with the cusomer care and was informed about an engineer’s vissit which happened after 3days of me raising the complaint.
Till date the same process is on even after the engineer’s admitting that a faulty machine has been delivered to me. The best part is today i.e. 2nd March 2010 when I called the customer care to speak to a senior office, the person some Vijuan(TL) answered the call and informed that the update he has on the system is that the machine has no issues….this ithe best customer service you can have:)
I use an LG fridge which had a slight problem in cooling and the whole thing was resolved in less than 12 hrs of me raining the complain…so does samsung have a chance with this kind of service offering…NO WAY!
