Damaged goods delivered and not responding to customer woes

We ordered for a TV stand (buyer’s order number : 2004076876).We got a damaged piece delivered.I have complained hometown regarding that.I heard nothing from hometown regarding the replacement.Iam indeed very sad that I have ordered something at the hometown thanks to the snail pace delivery and lax customer response.It really seems to be PIA for the customers.
