1, Almirah – Totally damaged
2. Dining glass- Not delivered
Repeated calls to the shipping company are not being entertained.
I v.m.pillai has purchased a voltas split ac on 23-5-12. since the first day of buying there has been water leakage in the indoor unit,then i complained to the dealer about the problem and when there was no progresment then i called the customer care centre on 4-6-12(complaint no.-12ju0400806) ,they sent there technician on 6-6-12 and he checked the piece and told that the piece is damaged.so i filled another complaint on 9-6-12 (complaint no.-12ju0906229)and they told that the indoor unit will be replaced within 2-3 days.so far there has been no progresment on this complaint.
I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION as soon as possible to replace the indoor unit.
