I had ordered a bookshelf online from the company housefull furniture. On delivery i found many of the parts damaged. I immediately sent photo’s of the defective pieces back to the company and was assured of a replacement. That has not happened till date. I have been calling them up every alternate day, but have not yet got a solution to my problem. I want to file a case against them.
