We purchased a camera battery charger from gadgets.in. Since we found it is damaged, we returned the same in Aug.2012 to IMS Mercantiles, New Delhi through DTDC courier requesting them to send the replacement. After sending more than 15 emails to them, they are just replying that they will send the same soon and no action so far to send the replacement.
