I would like to draw your kind attention that I have purchased a new Hitachi Split Ac model no.KAMPA RAU318KSDD1.5 TR(3*) from a authorized dealer of “HITACHI” M/S SONY MONY ELECTRONICS ,Neamatpur, chitranjan road.vide tax invoice no.1058 dated 20.06.12 amounting Rs.31315+2500 (kit & Inst.charge) total amount paid Rs.33815.00 but sorry to say that when his technician open the cartoon (in front of me) of the indoor unit and he told me its remote is not available in side of the indoor unit & he just open the cartoon of out door unit but where also not available. we search out the both unit pack but remote was missing and when I searching the remote in indoor unit.I was imidiate inform the dealer regarding the missing of remote he said tomorrow I will send a remote and after that installation was done but without remote not done any function like cooling etc.only blower is running with excess noise & vibration with indoor unit . I ask the technician for its bad & excess sound but he told me some setting is require but we can’t do any settings without remote.Then I saw the inside of indoor unit for the sound some blower portion was breakaged.Technitian is also seen but they avoid it,then we checked the unit we saw more scratches seen the body I hope the indoor Unit (mouth)was damaged & repaired which given to me by dealer. on dated 24.06.12 dealer given a remote (item description Item Code No.02545600 Sl.No 1203083 )but it was not matched with it,again i repeat the dealer/company given me old & damaged mouth (indoor unit).kindly do the needful action please and arrange to replace a original indoor unit with its remote as early as possible , Really I mentally very socked I also paid full amount.when I try to contract the dealer over phone but they disconnect the line.for that I need to forward the my case to consumer court as well ashonorable court. I hope you will take immediate action against the dealer and short out my problem.
