hello..i m open my bank account in 2007 in axis bank by maxnewyork life ins.co.ltd.its 0 balance account..axis bank not given to me any information of charges about unactive account..i am not much transaction in this bank last 1 year and 2 june 2012 my relatives deposite 10000/-rs.in my accounton saturday..monday i check the account and they{axis bank} cut 3300/- charges for no salary-no commision in last 1 year but bank notgiven to me any information or statement last 1 year n suddenly they are cut the my money…i talk to with them branch and custmer care but they are not reverse my money,so plz help me.this is my hardwork money..help me..
