Customer Service & Wrong Deduction

My name is Jatin Verma and i am using idea no. 9992618484 i just want to say they deduct my 100/- on 18th June i don’t know why then i called customer care and they said your balance is deduct for some application so i am saying i am not using any internet service like this so i want my money back and they said it is not possible so i said i want to talk with your senior they said not possible then they abuse with me and disconnect the call after that 4 time i called customer care they are not solve my problem
