customer ‘s product warranty ignorance

sir,

this is the original complain to whirlpool co.
ac was not cooling from the date of purchase.

we r complaining many times but co. ser. enng. not responding and not solving the problem my 2ton split AC, i have taken may 2009 name of Mamta Singh, Add. 1/149, vikas nagar, Lucknow. AC was continues creating the problem from date of purchase, many time requesting for it but no body solve the problem. Not a single free service done by company from the date of purchase. Still i have facing the problem same……..last one month ago we complaint there customer care no. 60008558 and within one month four times continueslly complaining but still they r making us fool.

pls take a action as soon as possible.
