Customer Harrshment for not getting service prop

Location/place: Pune, Maharashtra 43

Name of company/service: MTS

I have MTS data card connection (9145003699). Recently I have shifted to Balajinagar Pune, where I am not getting proper coverage and speed of Data card. I have recharged Data card with Rs 1000 (10Gb Plan). I have registered a complaint (Date 4th June 2012, Comp No-C12-47669060) regarding to customer care (9145955955). On next day technician visited to my home and i have explained everything with live demo on my laptop.He asked me to fill the form with the issue, I did. Later on he advised me that there are some coverage issue which will be sorted out asap.
But I did not receive any call, sms or email regarding my complaint, so I called the customer care to check the status. Customer Care Executive told me this compl is closed (Date 6th June 2012) with resolution that Customer has received resolution and has agreed to that. But I did not agree to any resolution. IS THIS THE WAY THAT CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED….
You are requested to look into this and please take the appropriate penal action against the company for this type of behavior
