I had shifted my household goods from Nagpur to Hyderabad on 14/04/2012 ( GC No 4226894). The packers had promised an escort along with the good , which was never given. The cheque (no886882)for Rs 33125/-given by me at the time was dispatch was misplaced by the the packer’s employee.
The delivery was delayed by 2 days which made me bear an extended hotel stay out of my own pocket.The glass items in the goods were mostly broken, costing me a damage of about 15000/-
Inspite of all the inconvience caused I issued another cheque on 30/04/2012 (Receipt No 4184946, cheque no 398484).
Unfortunately till date after several follow up with Nagpur office as well as Hyderabad office I have not received the bill for the same. The bill is necessary for claiming the shifting expenses from the company I am employed with. I had to claim this amount by the end of May 2012. This is a pathetic service given by an reputed group such as DRS. I have logded complaint several time on their toll free numbers also but there has been not solution provided. The higher offcials of company are not contactable and are not ready for intervention.
