I tried reseting the password for my online accoutn from the ” Forgot Password” Link which did not worked ever. After calling customer care for 4 timee differnt person gave different information. Even afater mailing them for password reset after 10 hrs the customer service says they cannot reset as new mail id needed to be registered which information was not given in the morning. No one is able to solve the problem after calling them numerous times.
