Dear Sir
I am facing lot of trouble due to Bimal Maruti Agency – Whitefield.
My Ritz vehicle (KA51MB-6095) was given for repair on 28 May 2012.2 weeks have passed and they have not even cared to call me a single time to give me any estimate or information. Everytime i have been calling them and they are fooling me saying that work is going on.But when asked they are unable to even provide basic information about my car.
Please suggest me way forward !
