Name of company/service: NOKIA CARE /INFOTEL,KOLKATA
I have been using Nokia E 6 model and I had procured it last month only. This was initially some network issues ,so I had contacted the nearest service centre at Gariahat(Infotel Services*)
,Kolkata and they advised me to it needs a back up so come on the next time with proper backups .so came there yesterday on 16-06-2012 to the service centre the technician (MR ABHIJIT SAHA)not able to open the screw in the mother boards at last he made that slipped as he was trying to open it through un- authorized tools like Alpins.when i objected that he take chance and try to divert me that moisture impression is there we will not PROVIDE your warranty. I agreed with them and told to assemble my set .then assembled after that some functions were not correct .same was communicated to them but after that no response i got from them.
so i asked the customer care no and e mail id the centre manger(Mr ABHIJIT CHATERFEE) told that he does not know the contact details.
MY question is that how you have appointed un skilled technicians and un professional mangers in your service centers.who do not know how to deal with the customers and they are making the customer fool by searching the alternatives.
I do not want the warranty but we are starting say NO to Nokia.
in fact you are losing the potential customers due to these type of un professional guys
if you are really want the customer sanctification ,try to need behind the need without harassing customer also appoint he dealer who can solve the customer problem.
