Customer Care Service and Massage Service

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Airtel

I called Airtel customer care trice to ask them, why airtel charging me for sending sms when i have activated sms service 9Rs. for 7 days. And when i called them to complaint about this issue they disconnected my call trice.
