customer care mislead

Name of company/service: Relience

I called reliance customer care at 10:26PM on 27/08/2012 to know the recharge amount for gprs. Customer care executives have provided me with misleading details regarding the gprs recharge. The issue happened when I called reliance customer service to know how much to recharge for an unlimited gprs plan through e-recharge. The executive asked me to recharge for rs.99 for 6GB [special offer] or 98 for 2GB. I DID rs99 through my net banking transaction. The transaction was complete and I received a message for the deduction of funds as well as a recharge successful message from reliance [HZ 300 activated]. When i called later they said there is no such recharge available for gprs. i hope consumer forum assist me here and i ready to provide more info if required.
