Customer Care executive and floor managers are appointed without proper training

i have faced a problem on my mobile no. from last one month or so… whenever my balance reached to 5rs outgoing calls are not going for that i complain the Reliance more than 3times, each time they say me sir
we are putting an complain for u and our engg team will call u take the feedback bt no confirmation call is coming to me n problem is not yet solved my last complain no. is 182869119, my problem is not solved so please take any necesarry action against them please n now im port my no. to Idia sevice provider…plz do me favour Floor manager with whom i speak
