I bought a CROMA Washing Machine on 25/12/2010 from Croma, Jubliee Hills, Hyderabad with invoice number SLF02A028020007629. The bill clearly mentions that I have 2 years of Manufacturing Warrenty and I bought an extended warrenty for 1 year.
I have issues with my washing machine but the best part is I first have to deal for a week or two for them to clarify whether my product has 1 or 2 years of manufacturing warrenty. everytime they make me lodge a new complaint and the technician comes and goes without doing a thing.
PLEASE HELP.
