hi, i had been using a HSBC credit card since a few years – but recently stopped using that as much. thus they sent me a letter of canceling the same.
i stopped using it and post clearing all my bills i cut it and threw it.
but to my horror they don’t seem to stop and are sending me bills after bills.
the amount is small but the torture is big.
i have sent them a letter but i feel i should register a complaint too.
please help
