I have paid the credit card balance amount which I have taken from ABN AMRO in 2015 and I have surrendered the card. Now when I have applied for personal loan it is showing that an amount of Rs.6008 has been wright off . When I have seen My CIBIL report it is showing PHOENIX arc from which I have not taken any loan.Because of this my CIBIL score has been affected.
Request to do needful.
