Name of company/service: HSBC Bank

I have been asked by the bank to pay 7500 extra when total outstanding bill was less than 3500/=.
The total amount they are asking me to pay is 10000/=. despite having all the contact details, I have not been informed about the outstanding amount. it was only when I visited the bank branch at Cannaught place-Delhi, I was shocked to hear that I have to pay 10000/= , Moreover, Today I received a call from +912261499100 to pay the total amount otherwise there you will have to pay More than 10000/=.

    Please not that I am having a powervantage A/C (105-410237-006) with HSBC Bund Garden Pune Branch. The A/C is configured to pay automatically to the credit card. I ve misplaced the Security device and therefore could not login to the internet banking since jan 2012. I was not informed by the customer care of HSBC bank that they have stopped the Automatic payment to the credit card or even I was also not informed by the Credit card customer care. Please lookinto it.
