I applied for credit card on 25th of December. On 5th of Jan 2019 I got a call that my card is in dispatch but I have not received my card yet.I called the bank around 30 times every time they say my card will be dispatched soon. Recently they have started ignoring my call and not answering to any of my queries.Now I am suffering from last 40 days and there behaviour towards their customers is pathetic.
