sirs, i have taken in ABN-AMRO bank credit card bearing No0005415382309110708 on 20/12/2004,while i joined the representative of bank told me that it is ”LIFE TIME CREDIT CARD” but after received my first bill i found that it was chargeable card, immediately i tear the card and i put it in a cover along with my cheque payment for my purchase, i sent to the bank through courier. absolutely there was no purchase balnce. i thought that there ends matter, after several years i found that they charged me sum of Rs 2809/- as default and also they entered in to SIBIL also. i have sent leagal notice also but no use. now the case hasbeen handedover to PHOENIX ARC and they kept the case is still pending in SBIL.WHO IS THE CHEATER OF THIS ? sincerly i made the payment whatever i purchased who’s fault it is?
