Name of company/service: TCS
I had applied for a credit card with HDFC Bank. Initially I had to call them a number of times to get my address changed. When that was done they are now not being able to contact me for last couple of weeks, although all the contact numbers provided by me are working fine.
The only message I get is they are not being able to reach me. It has become a lot frustrating for me to track this Credit Card and its not possible for me to just keep running to track my credit card.
Please could you help me.
