sir i had registered a complaint of my just an year old ac on 24th may.my complaint no. Is 13052400404. Company tecqnician cheched the ac and said tthat motor is not working. Now its been two weeks in this scorching heat but they have no reply when they can fix the problem.people sitting at their call centres say we are here just to take complaints and forward them and other than that we dont know anything.they are not even ready to give any no. of the concerned person in the company.technician says i will fix the ac as soon as i get the motor but he also doesnt know when it will come.i am really tired of all this please help me out and make them fix my ac as soon as possible or atleast in some deadline.
