I bought a motorola EX-119 from flipkart.com and i faced some software problems with that like auto restart and unresponsiveness and I called flipkart and they replaced the mobile with brand new one. Then new phone same make and model I used for not o=more then one day and it went dead. Then I took it to service center and there they kept this phone for 15 days and when I got the phone back I hoped it will work fine but still it’s having software problems same as in new phone, Service center people told me that they have replaced motherboard but it is still showing software problems.
