Coupons are not delivered

Location/place: Gwalior

Name of company/service: Freecharge.in

Freecharge.in provides coupons to their customer with every recharge. I have recharged a mobile no. on June 27, 2012.They have a policy to deliver coupons in 7-8 working days. After 7 days I post a complaint about not delivery of coupons, then they assure me to deliver coupons in next 3-4 working days. And Now they are telling me to select ecoupons. They have done fraud with me. Other online recharge companies dont take any extra charge but freecharge.in takes 10 rs. extra per recharge. Inspite of this they are not doing their work seriously.Following are the conversations between me and freecharge.in :-

Please deliver coupons as early as possible otherwise i have to go to consumer forum to file a case against you. I am waiting for three more days and then i will take action against you…..
