Country vacations not given response

Name of company/service: synergy communication pvt ltd

Dear Sir/Mam,

I was open Country vacations member ship for 5 year but due to some family reason I was given next day request for cancel my member ship from 31th may-12 without effect .
Also I was payed (10000 rs by cash -ICICI and 20000rs by HDFC CC ,Total 30000 rs).
when I am asking to CV person(Mr.Bhusan-9689612597& Sam)they are talking you come to tomorrow or The day after tomorrow.
Regarding 20 % return CV person already given mail .
Request to Plz help me .. I am tired .
