Costmer care not solve the problem

I use Air-tel dish TV costumer id 3001736817 m getting problem with set top box to start with so i complaint of that on Air-tel costumer care to Chang the set top box complaint number – 1938-7089 they told me that on date 07/06/2012 my issue solve till on date my problem not solve i called the customer care many time the ans given by them is same Ur complaint solve today but still no one came to solve the complaint.
