I have purchased a samsung make refrigerator Model-RA19FDLB from registered dealer of Samsung “Sharma Electronics”jamalpur,Bihar on 21st March 2012. There is coolin problem in the refrigerator since the very first week of its purchase. Initially after repeated complaint to local customer care office, Bhalapur, Bihar, service engineer visted the complaint and repair the refrigerator and said oil has trapped inside its capillary. But after one week agint cooling is stopped completely inside the refrigerator. Complaint has been registerd on local customer care office(service centre), Bhagalpur as well as Delhi customer care on 30th June 2012. But the customer care responses were very irresponsible. After repeated calling to customer care office,service engineer has visted the complaint and said that problem is inside the refrigerator and it can’t be repaired. so I have sent the refrigerator to the Dealer. But dealer and as well as local customer care centre ,Bhagalpur is not ready to replace it.
