I brought a exhaust cooler from Aman Coolers Sikanderpur Gurgaon on 11-May-2012. Next day its fan motor is blast, They replaced it but that motor is also faulty one. I called my time on the phone number mentioned on the bill to file the complaint. But owner didn’t pick the phone. Then on 22-Jun-2012 I reached his shop. But I surprised about his response. He want me to take the motor from cooler and give it to him then he will replace it. I have to collect the motor next day and fit in the cooler my self. even I am not a electrician. He just ignore my complaint. So I brought new room cooler again because there are too much heat. I want to punish the Shopkeeper, so that he can’t make fool anybody else. So please do the needful.
