Almost every month I am getting extra amount in my bill. I have written to Vodafone several times but have not received any satisfactory response.
In this month bill i have received below extra Rs 99 amount which i have not subscribe or download

Could you please stop this fraud of giving extra bill every month. I will not pay bill this month till you will not resolve my issue.
